LooCube™ FlexiCube™ delivers deployable welfare, change, and sanitation facilities for emergency and community operations—relocatable, and built to endure.
Engineered for rapid deployment, FlexiCube™ units arrive prefabricated and install-ready, so sites can be operational in days. Integrated forklift skids mean they can be trucked, craned, repositioned between regions, or stored centrally for disaster readiness. They’re ideal for Civil Defence bases, FENZ and LandSAR support, seasonal community operations, and remote construction or maintenance crews.
FlexiCube™ interiors are designed for practical, high-demand use. Configure each unit as toilets, showers, change rooms, or mixed-use welfare spaces, with accessible layouts and hard-wearing finishes that are easy to clean and maintain. The weather-resistant panel construction is proven in alpine, coastal, and urban environments, delivering reliable performance where continuity matters.
What sets FlexiCube™ apart is operational flexibility.
Pair the building with off-grid power and water options or connect to existing services; choose wastewater systems to suit the site and duty cycle. As needs change, units can be expanded, reconfigured, or redeployed—protecting your investment while keeping response capability mission-ready.
Delivered as a pre-fabricated kit-set, FlexiCube™ simplifies on-site works and shortens lead times. WCTNZ® can provide full installation or work alongside your contractor to ensure fast, correct assembly and commissioning—so your team can focus on the job, not the amenities.
FlexiCube™ can be configured to your needs—toilets, showers, change rooms, or mixed-use welfare.
Units can be fitted with either stairs (for compact sites) or an accessibility ramp to ensure wheelchair users can easily enter. All ramps meet NZ accessibility slope requirements.
Units can be equipped with the Standard Furniture package, which consists of vandal-resistant stainless-steel fixtures: hand basin, push-button tap, small mirror, door closer, occupancy indicator lock, double toilet roll holder, clothes hook, etc.
Units can be equipped with the Disabled Furniture package, which includes features like a larger basin, lever tap, grab rails (both sides), an accessible height mirror, paper towel dispenser, and other NZ standards-compliant fittings.
Units can be equipped with the Ambulant Furniture package, which features vandal-resistant stainless-steel fixtures: hand basin, push-button tap, small mirror, door closer, occupancy indicator lock, double toilet roll holder, clothes hook, mid-height rails and appropriate signage as required.
A range of exterior cladding profiles and materials are available – from corrugated-style steel for a classic look to sleek flat panel systems. Options like Colorsteel or other NZ-available finishes allow you to match local building styles or council preferences.
Power for lighting/pumps available as an optional extra.
Available add-ons include water tanks and raised stands (e.g., a 500L tank for flushing or hand-washing water in off-grid scenarios), alternative roof styles (such as a gable roof for aesthetic or rainwater catchment purposes), and even a service corridor option for housing treatment units or providing staff maintenance access.
