Toowoomba Second Range Truck Stop

LooCube™ has recently helped with the provision and installation of a new toilet building and composting toilet in a truck stop on the way up to Toowoomba.

The toilet building has been made predominantly out of GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) building materials that won’t rust, corrode and is resistant to fire and termites.

Project

Toowoomba Second Range Truck Stop

Product

Clivus Multrum™ CM14

Location

Second Range Crossing Toowoomba

Completion Date

April 2018

Wide shot of Toowoomba truck stop toilet facility with two cubicles and adjacent shade structure rest area.

Solution

Close-up of Toowoomba truck stop toilet facility showing two cubicles, exterior water tank, and outside handbasin.

Installed in the toilet building was one of our Clivus Multrum™ CM14 units that require very little maintenance and will only need to be emptied between 2-4 times per year (depending on usage).

It’s expected that many truckies will stop at this rest stop to refresh before making the long descent along the new highway into Brisbane or to peel off towards the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
